Carrolls of Lucan was newly opened in December 2013. Carrolls Gastro pub was originally a butcher abattoir (slaughter house) and has now been transformed to a very stylish gastro pub. There is a large selection of craft beers and specialty cocktails to enjoy here. Parties for all occasions are catered for. Serving lunch from 12pm with fresh salads, skinny soups and daily hot specials.
