An exquisitely hand crafted small batch Irish gin, we distill Conncullin in our copper pot stills, using iconic Irish botanicals and water sourced from two County Mayo lakes, Lough Conn and Cullin. The signature blend of Juniper, supported by Hawthorn berries, elderberries, and other botanicals marry to form a complex flavour profile. Conncullin Irish Gin has a beautiful berry nose and finishes big and bold with nice juniper notes and hints of citrus. We hand bottled it at our distillery at 94 proof (47% ABV).
