Some pubs get renovated. Some get refurbished. A few get restored. Then, once in a very blue moon, one gets resurrected. A perfect Victorian-era pub.
An old school glass from the 50’s, creamy pint glass of Guinness and a side of Green Spot.
Under the hustle and bustle of cobbled Dublin streets in the early 1900s, a rare whiskey was quietly making a name for itself. The simple act of marking barrels with spots of coloured paint would not only signify their age potential, but would become the namesake for this coveted whiskey, bonded and bottled by The Mitchells – a seventh generation family business.
Green Spot is a non-age statement Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey comprising of pot still whiskeys aged between 7 & 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new bourbon and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.
