Ha’Penny Rhubarb gin with lemon juice and honey syrup, topped with aromatic tonic.
Ha’penny Dublin Dry Gin is a small batch, pot distilled gin featuring 13 expertly selected botanicals. The Ha’penny range is original, distinctive and full of personality, just like the city that inspired it. For Dublin is a city of character and of characters and is warm, witty and welcoming in equal measure. And that spirit has connected people through the years, just as the Ha’penny bridge joined the people of Dublin.
The range was created by craft enthusiasts from the Pearse Lyons Distillery, who were inspired by the iconic Ha’penny Bridge which is recognised throughout the world as a symbol of this inimitable and charismatic city. The gin features Geranium, Dandelion, Lavender and Blackberry, botanicals which would have been growing in the nearby Phoenix Park in Victorian times when the bridge was built. The Ha’penny spirt range captures the flavours, the stories and the charm of Dublin and is as original and unforgettable as the city that inspired it.
Perfect serve: Ha’penny Gin is best served with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
